Ego Death

In this short film, Boubacar, a young Belgian-Ginese man, tries to share with us his belief :

it is important to be the master of yourself, to find the right control over one's emotions and to beat your’s own ego.

For a long time, Bouba has been in lakes all year round. He explains in this movie that

places have a soul and we cannot feel that spirit just by looking at a place. You need to honor this sport and respect it. Being in a cold lake was his way to honour the place.
